About the Founder

Vernon J. Cloud Jr.

Owner & CEO · Cloud Quantum Innovations

CQI was built on the cleaning trade. With New Orleans roots and a family that made its living in the industry, Vernon grew up around the standards facility work actually demands — where "clean" means clean enough to pass inspection and the details are the whole business.

Before CQI, he built and ran his own ventures in commercial cleaning and fitness — hands-on experience meeting a standard, running an operation, and answering to a customer. He founded Cloud Quantum Innovations to carry that discipline into federal contracting, and to build something bigger than any one contract: a company that wins essential work and partners the right people to deliver it.
